How do I buy Credits or Pro on the website?

On animaldex.app, sign in and open Credits. Choose a Credit pack or AnimalDex Pro. Credits and Pro are granted only after AnimalDex confirms the payment — not from the checkout screen alone.

Steps: sign in, open Credits, choose a pack or Pro, complete payment, wait for AnimalDex to update your balance or Pro status, then continue.

What can go wrong: checkout cancelled, payment still processing, or a webhook delay so Credits have not appeared yet.

What to do next: if you cancelled, your Instagram import is still there. If you paid and Credits are missing, wait a moment and choose Refresh balance. Do not buy again unless the first checkout failed.
