I paid but Credits are not showing

A successful web payment can return you to AnimalDex before Credits are posted. AnimalDex grants Credits only from a verified server event, never from the browser.

Steps: stay on the return screen until it says Credits are updated, or open Instagram Import / Credits and tap Refresh balance.

What can go wrong: a short delay looks like a missing purchase. Buying again can create a second charge.

What to do next: refresh the balance once. If Credits still do not appear after several minutes, contact AnimalDex Support with the time of purchase — not your card number or payment-provider internals.
