I upgraded to Pro but Import still shows a cost

Pro is granted from AnimalDex server entitlement, not from the payment completion screen. A short delay can leave an old non-Pro quote on screen.

Steps: wait for “Pro is active”, then refresh the quote. Screening and import quotes should become included.

What can go wrong: using a stale quote from before the subscription activated, or managing Pro in the wrong store.

What to do next: refresh the quote once. If Pro is active in Credits but Import still shows a cost after a few minutes, contact support with the time you subscribed — not card details.
