Why is my garden snail just “Snail”?
Ordinary garden and pond snails usually share the Snail group card because they are hard to separate from a phone photo.

Ordinary garden and pond snails usually share the Snail group card because they are hard to separate from a phone photo. Giant African Land Snail is a deliberate exception and keeps its own species number.
