How do I manage my AnimalDex Pro subscription?

Management depends on where you subscribed. Web Pro is managed through the web billing portal. Apple Pro is managed in the App Store. Google Play Pro is managed in Google Play. AnimalDex will not send an Apple or Google subscriber to web subscription management.

Steps: on the website, open Credits and choose Manage subscription if you subscribed on the web. On iOS, use Subscriptions in Apple ID settings. On Android, use Google Play subscriptions.

What can go wrong: opening the wrong store, or buying a second Pro while one is already active. If you already have Pro, AnimalDex blocks another Pro checkout.

What to do next: use the same platform you used to subscribe. Contact support if Pro status and the store disagree after a renewal or refund.
